Odette Marshall is a highly credentialed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with over 39 years of experience across healthcare. A graduate of Nova Southeastern University with a Master of Science in Nursing (APRN, AGAC), she has built a distinguished career at the intersection of clinical excellence, patient advocacy, and interdisciplinary leadership.
Currently serving as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner at the Memorial Neuroscience Institute, Odette manages the care of patients undergoing complex brain and spinal surgeries, neurological trauma, and neurosurgical disorders. Her scope of practice encompasses diagnosis, medication management, imaging interpretation, surgical wound assessment, and collaborative care planning with surgeons, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
Her 25-year tenure at Memorial Regional Hospital as a Registered Critical Care Nurse, combined with her subsequent transition into advanced practice, reflects a career defined by continuous growth, clinical leadership, and an unwavering commitment to the highest standards of patient care.

Grace & Co. was founded by Lisa Marshall, a Registered Nurse with a clinical background spanning Emergency, Trauma, wound care, hematology, oncology, and critical care nursing. Having operated at multiple levels of the healthcare system, from LPN to RN, BSN, Lisa brings a depth of clinical understanding that most concierge nursing services simply cannot offer.
